AMG Critical Materials N.V. has finalized a deal to sell Graphit Kropfmühl GmbH to Asbury Carbons Inc. for $65 million. GK operates graphite mines in Germany and Sri Lanka, with around 350 employees. The sale is expected to close by the end of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
