Arvinas, Inc. announced positive data from Phase 1 trials of ARV-102, a drug for Parkinson’s disease. The trials showed the drug was well tolerated and demonstrated dose-dependent exposure in cerebrospinal fluid. In healthy volunteers, ARV-102 reduced biomarkers associated with Parkinson’s disease after 14 days of treatment. This data was presented at the MDS 2025 Congress in Honolulu. The company plans to continue development of ARV-102 in ongoing studies for Parkinson’s disease and progressive supranuclear palsy. Initial data from a Phase 1b trial is expected in 2026.
