Celcuity Inc. announced clinical results from a trial combining gedatolisib with darolutamide, showing a median rPFS of 9.1 months and a six-month rPFS rate of 67%. No patients stopped treatment due to adverse events. The combination was well tolerated with mostly low-grade side effects. The Phase 1 trial included 38 mCRPC patients, with 61% having received one prior therapy line. The data was presented at the ESMO. Celcuity is enrolling patients for the Phase 1/1b portion of the trial to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose, with promising efficacy and safety results.
