Spain’s Cellnex sells Towerlink France to Vauban Infra Fibre for 391 million euros. Deal includes 99.99% share capital and will be fully paid in cash. Earlier this year, Cellnex sold Austrian business for 803 million euros and Irish unit for 971 million euros. Focus shifts to core business.
