Constellation Brands’ CEO is cautiously optimistic that the business has hit the bottom when it comes to macro pressures affecting sales. The group saw a 15% decline in reported and organic net sales to $2.5bn in the second quarter fiscal 2026, with operating income growing 171% to $874m. Nets sales in the beer business were down 7% to $2.3bn, while operating income dropped 12% to $951.6m. Constellation expects a 4-6% decline in total organic net sales for the fiscal year, with net sales in the beer business anticipated to decline by 2-4% and a 17-20% dip in net sales for wine and spirits.
