Corvus Pharmaceuticals is conducting a trial to evaluate ciforadenant as a potential first-line therapy for metastatic renal cell cancer, in combination with ipilimumab and nivolumab. Interim data shows the triplet therapy is feasible and well tolerated, with a deep response rate of 34%. The trial enrolled 50 patients with newly diagnosed or recurrent stage IV clear cell RCC. The primary endpoint is safety and anti-tumor response, with secondary endpoints including ORR and PFS. The trial data will be presented at the ESMO Congress 2025. Corvus is encouraged by the results and looks forward to further follow-up with patients still on therapy.
