India-based wealth management technology platform Dezerv has secured Rs3.5bn ($39.4m) in a Series C financing round. The funds will enhance client experience and operations, bringing total funding to over Rs8.5bn. Investors like Premji Invest and Accel’s Global Growth Fund led the round, aiming to upgrade technology, expand investment solutions, and train relationship managers. Since 2021, Dezerv has managed assets worth Rs140bn across various services. The company serves clients in over 200 cities, offering data-driven investment solutions. The Dezerv App allows investors to monitor stocks, mutual funds, and more, with plans to integrate additional financial products by year-end. Co-founder Sandeep Jethwani emphasizes the importance of managing wealth diligently with advanced technology and sustainable investment solutions. Dezerv, founded by Sahil Contractor, Sandeep Jethwani, and Vaibhav Porwal, operates from five offices in major Indian cities. In 2022, Dezerv raised $20.7m in a Series A funding round, reaching a valuation of $100m.
