Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp (NASDAQ:DFLI) shares are down after pricing a public offering of 20 million shares at $1.25 each, generating $25 million gross proceeds. Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 million more shares at the same price. The offering is set to close on October 7, 2025, pending closing conditions. Dragonfly plans to use the funds for working capital, repaying debt, and advancing battery technologies. Despite a recent 100% jump and selection for first-round funding by Nevada Tech Hub, Dragonfly stock is down 55.2% for the year, but up 117.6% in the last six months.
The company’s shares fell 23.21% to $1.45 at the time of publication.
