Eco Buildings Group Plc has started construction on a two-storey, 130-square-metre loft showhouse at its Albanian factory, to be shipped to a site in Toronto, Canada. The client is buying the house for 600 euros per square metre, covering all shipping costs. This marks the company’s entry into the Canadian market, with plans for further housing development on the same site. Eco Building Group will establish a production facility in Ontario to locally manufacture its modular systems, supporting large-scale housing projects. Stock on the LSE is up 6 percent at 4.6200 pence.
