Barrett Directline Delivery Services will become a wholly owned subsidiary of C&M Transport, combining two transportation providers specializing in time-sensitive ground freight. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transition will occur on Nov. 1. C&M Transport, based near Cleveland, has 17 locations and offers air charter and 3PL services with 17 power units.

Barrett Directline, based in Arkansas, offers same- and next-day coverage in the U.S. and Canada, with warehousing services and 14 power units. The companies aim to merge seamlessly, with full integration expected by November 1, 2025. The move aims to expand market reach and offer more shipping solutions and flexibility to clients and partners.
