Powell Cautions on Future Rate Cuts

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell advised investors against presuming a December interest-rate cut, calling it “not a foregone conclusion.” The Federal Open Market Committee recently voted 10-2 to reduce the federal funds rate target range by 0.25 percentage points to 3.75%-4%.
