The system recently achieved a milestone by installing a tubing hanger at a depth of 8,458ft, marking the deepest umbilical-less operation to date. This technology has been successfully implemented in various regions worldwide.
Halliburton’s ROCS technology eliminates the need for traditional hydraulic systems, reducing surface pressure risks and improving safety. The system has been utilized in the Norwegian Continental Shelf, West Africa, and the Gulf of Mexico, demonstrating significant efficiency gains and enhanced safety measures during installation procedures.
