Intuit introduces the Intuit Accountant Suite to assist accounting firms in managing operations efficiently. The platform utilizes AI to streamline processes like client management and team coordination. It offers AI agents and insights for informed decision-making, automating tasks like payroll and report creation, and allows engagement with Intuit’s experts when additional capacity is needed.

The suite provides five core capabilities: client management, service delivery, client collaboration, business planning, and team management. Features in beta include Books Close at Scale for standardizing reviews and AI-powered Client Insights for analytics and benchmarking. Intuit plans to enhance the suite with more AI tools focused on capacity planning, productivity, accuracy, decision-making, and collaboration.

Currently available in the US at no cost, Intuit intends to offer the platform in other markets with pricing based on functionalities. Intuit Accountant Partnerships Vice President Simon Williams emphasizes the suite’s role in managing clients and teams effectively, enabling firms to focus on delivering higher-value advisory services and scaling their businesses. Intuit recently partnered with Aprio to support mid-market businesses with AI-driven solutions and advisory services.
