Kuntarahoitus Oyj is issuing a 1 billion Swedish krona addition to a bond as part of a bond program. The total bond size will be 1.5 billion Swedish krona, with an annual interest rate of three-month Stibor plus 13 basis points. The bond will mature on December 28, 2027. The issuance is under a 50 billion euro bond program. Public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki is expected to begin on October 21, 2025, facilitated by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ).
