Microsoft has increased the monthly cost of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to $29.99, offering three tiers and retiring PC Game Pass. The subscription now includes Fortnite Crew, Ubisoft+ Classics, and enhanced cloud gaming capabilities, with over 75 day-one releases annually.

Users must now exchange Rewards program points for gift cards instead of Game Pass directly. Xbox is making its largest Game Pass investment yet after bringing in nearly $5 billion in revenue last year.

MSFT stock is trading at $513.48, down 0.86 percent on the Nasdaq.
