M&T Bank Corp. reported third quarter earnings of $754 million, or $4.82 per share, beating Street estimates. Adjusted earnings were $798 million or $4.87 per share, higher than analysts’ expectations of $4.39 per share. This marks an increase from last year’s earnings of $674 million and $4.02 per share. The company’s GAAP earnings show growth in both earnings and EPS compared to the previous year.
