In early trading, Amazon.com leads Nasdaq 100 with an 11.8% increase, marking a 13.6% gain year-to-date. On the flip side, DexCom is the worst performer, down 12.8% for the day and 23.5% year-to-date. Charter Communications is trading down 5.3%, while Marvell Technology is up 6.9%.
