Nextensa and Promobe have signed a long-term lease contract for the new office building Terraces in the Cloche d’Or district of Luxembourg. The lease covers all office space, archives, and parking spaces at a rate of €40/m² per month. The building, designed by architect Moreno, will have 4,703 m² of office space spread across five floors, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. The project aims for BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold certifications, emphasizing sustainability and user well-being.
