Oracle has seen significant growth, with its stock rising 68% in the past year and 259% since early 2023. Its market cap now stands at $828 billion. On the other hand, Palantir has reported eight quarters of accelerating revenue growth, hitting $1 billion in the second quarter. Its total contract value is at $2.27 billion.

Despite Oracle’s success, Palantir, valued at $422 billion, is projected to surpass Oracle by 2030. Oracle’s revenue is predicted to reach $67 billion in fiscal 2026, with a forward P/S ratio of 13. Palantir is expected to hit $4.16 billion in revenue in 2025, with a forward P/S ratio of 101.

Both companies are on track to reach a $2 trillion market cap by 2030. Palantir’s accelerating revenue growth could propel it past Oracle. However, Palantir is currently overvalued, selling at 210 times next year’s expected earnings. Despite this, Palantir is poised to outpace Oracle by 2030.
