Palantir Technologies has sued former engineers, Radha Jain and Joanna Cohen, for allegedly using the company’s secrets to start a rival firm, Percepta AI. The lawsuit claims Jain and Cohen breached agreements by using Palantir’s source code and customer info. Percepta’s products aim to enhance efficiency like Palantir’s AI software.

Jain and Cohen left Palantir to join Percepta, which hired several ex-Palantir employees. Palantir alleges that Jain and Cohen violated agreements restricting competition and use of confidential information. The lawsuit seeks to enforce these agreements. Percepta, owned by General Catalyst, has not commented on the lawsuit.

Palantir accuses Jain and Cohen of breaching agreements and aims to hold them accountable. Percepta, with its focus on AI-driven efficiency, has a significant number of former Palantir employees, including its CEO. The lawsuit highlights the importance of safeguarding company secrets and respecting contractual obligations to prevent unfair competition.
