Australian businessman Raphael Geminder is considering selling the Asian operations of his packaging companies, Dynapack Asia and Pact Group Holdings. The combined Asia businesses could be valued at $1bn, with discussions ongoing. Geminder owns 50% of Dynapack Asia, and other owners are deciding on a possible sale. Pact Group has withdrawn from the Australian Securities Exchange to assess its Asian packaging operations. In February 2024, Dynapack Asia partnered with AeroFlexx to address sustainable liquid packaging solutions.
