Sodexo has appointed Thierry Delaporte as the new Group Chief Executive Officer, starting November 10, 2025. This decision was made after a thorough selection process in coordination with the Bellon family, following Sophie Bellon’s tenure as CEO. The company will separate the roles of Chairwoman of the Board and CEO, with Sophie Bellon becoming the non-executive Chairwoman to facilitate a smooth transition with Delaporte. Gilles Plisson will take over as Lead Independent Director from Luc Messier on November 10, 2025, as part of the governance restructuring.
