Gofo Express opens its first U.S. super hub in Newark, NJ, with plans for another in Los Angeles. The facility can process 40,000 parcels per hour, handle 700,000 daily, and serves as a middle-mile shipping hub for e-commerce. Founded in 2023 by Chuan Zhen, Gofo started with e-commerce merchants tied to China but is expanding rapidly among North American retailers. The company now has nearly 100 hubs, over 30 linehaul routes, and aims to reach 10,000 zip codes by 2025. Gofo expects to deliver 75% of client parcels through its own network.
Veho, a last-mile delivery provider, opens a 150,000 square-foot regional distribution center in Georgia, three times larger than its previous facility. The center, with 32 dock doors, will handle spikes in shipments during peak season. Veho relies on crowdsourced drivers and a tech platform for delivery across the U.S.
Veho has doubled parcel volumes this year and expanded its delivery footprint to Southern California, covering 38% of the U.S. population. The company’s network now serves 56 markets. Veho relies on a tech platform and crowdsourced drivers for efficient delivery service.
