Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp. has announced a bought deal private placement financing of 5,555,556 units at Cdn$0.90 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately Cdn$5,000,000. The Offering includes one common share and one common share purchase warrant per unit, with each warrant exercisable at Cdn$1.20 per share for four and a half years. The securities will be offered in Canada under the LIFE exemption and in the US on a private placement basis, with proceeds to fund various projects and general corporate purposes. The Offering is subject to closing conditions and CSE approval.
The Offering will be underwritten by A.G.P. Canada, with a commission to be paid on proceeds raised. The net proceeds will support the permitting of the Mustang Mineral Processing Plant, drilling for the San Rafael Uranium Project, mine development, and general corporate purposes.
