Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp. has successfully closed a bought deal private placement financing, raising approximately Cdn$5,900,000 through the issuance of 6,555,556 units at a price of Cdn$0.90 per unit. The net proceeds will go towards various projects, including permitting for the Mustang Mineral Processing Plant and drilling for the San Rafael Uranium Project. The Offering was conducted under the listed issuer financing exemption in Canada and certain other jurisdictions. The underwriting agreement was with A.G.P. Canada Investments ULC. The securities offered are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act and cannot be sold in the U.S.
