Zenas BioPharma is developing orelabrutinib, a BTK inhibitor, for progressive forms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Phase 3 trials for Primary Progressive MS (PPMS) and Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS) are underway. They also plan to start trials for an IL-17AA/AF inhibitor and a brain-penetrant TYK2 inhibitor in 2026. Zenas secured global development rights to these drugs through a license agreement with InnoCare. The agreement also includes a private placement financing of $120.0 million. Zenas will host a conference call on October 8, 2025, and InnoCare will host one on October 9, 2025, focusing on their collaboration.
