BridgeBio Pharma presented data from the ATTRibute-CM study showing acoramidis reduces all-cause mortality by 59% in the overall variant ATTR-CM population through Month 42. The V142I subpopulation saw a 69% reduction in ACM. These results were published in JAMA Cardiology and presented at AHA. Patients with the V142I variant experienced significant benefits in survival, functional capacity, and quality of life. Acoramidis, a TTR stabilizer, showed consistent benefits in wild-type and variant populations. Hopeful insights were shared at the AHA Scientific Sessions 2025 regarding the treatment and outcomes of patients with ATTR-CM.
