AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (AmanahRaya REIT) reported stable Q3 FY2025 results with improved rental income and portfolio occupancy. Rental income increased by 22.62% YoY to RM23.10 million, while net property income rose by 23.52% to RM14.94 million. Borrowing costs decreased by 5.60% due to a softer interest rate environment.

Year-to-date, AmanahRaya REIT recorded rental income of RM59.01 million, a 11.68% increase from the previous year. Net property income increased by 17.21% to RM39.86 million, with property operating expenses at RM22.80 million. The Trust delivered realized income of RM7.71 million, a 17.15% improvement.

As of September 30, 2025, AmanahRaya REIT’s net asset value stood at RM724.66 million, with NAV per unit at RM1.2642. The Manager proposed a distribution of RM6.936 million, equivalent to 1.21 sen per unit, reflecting the Trust’s ability to generate resilient recurring income.

The Trust remains focused on tenant stability, asset performance, and disciplined capital management to sustain returns for unitholders and create long-term value.
