Aon has launched Aon Claims Copilot, a new digital platform to improve client outcomes by using analytics, automation, and global claims management. The platform covers every stage of the claims life cycle and will offer data-driven insights to inform clients’ risk strategies, with plans to add AI features by 2026.
The platform, set to launch first in Germany, will expand to North America, Asia Pacific, and other EMEA markets by 2026, with full global deployment by the end of 2027. Aon Claims Copilot aims to support over 1,800 claims professionals across 50 countries managing 20 product lines, offering real-time dashboards, carrier performance evaluation tools, secure portals for clients, and automation to streamline processes.
Aon Commercial Risk global chief claims officer Mona Barnes highlights that Aon Claims Copilot will provide superior visibility and control over claims for clients, empowering teams with AI-driven analytics to maximize claim payouts. The platform aims to assist claims professionals in managing complex cases, supporting clients in recovery efforts, and closing claims efficiently.
