With the acquisition, Cognizant’s Azure portfolio and client base in various sectors will expand. 3Cloud’s impressive growth rate of 20% since 2020 is expected to continue, fueled by strong demand for Azure-driven business transformation. Recent acquisitions have boosted CTSH’s revenue growth, which is projected to range from 6% to 6.3% in constant currency for 2025.
Cognizant’s expanding partner base, including Anthropic and Rubrik, is driving AI integration and productivity improvements. CTSH anticipates a 15.7% adjusted operating margin for 2025, up 40 basis points from the previous year.

Cognizant expects revenues between $5.27 billion and $5.33 billion, with growth projected at 3.8-4.8% on a reported basis and 2.5-3.5% at constant currency.
