Mikael Dolsten has decided not to seek election to the Novo Nordisk Board of Directors at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting due to personal circumstances. The Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings A/S will not propose another candidate in his place, leaving the Board to identify and nominate two additional candidates at the Annual General Meeting in March 2026. If all proposed candidates are elected, the Board will consist of current members and the newly elected candidates.
