Diversified Energy Company PLC held Court and General Meetings on November 10, 2025 to establish a new Delaware corporation. At the Court Meeting, the resolution approving the Scheme was passed by a majority. The General Meeting saw shareholders passing resolutions related to the Scheme by requisite majorities.
