Dow Jones Industrial Average futures are up 0.1%, S&P 500 futures are gaining 0.3%, and Nasdaq 100 futures are rising 0.6%. The Senate passed spending legislation heading to the House and President Trump’s desk. The Dow closed at a record 47,927.96 on Tuesday.
