European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (ERES) has agreed to sell three properties in the Netherlands for a total of €67.8 million. The properties contain a total of 322 residential suites. These sales are part of ERES’s ongoing process to sell off its portfolio. The completion of these sales is expected between January and April 2026, with proceeds going towards general trust purposes. BMO Capital Markets is assisting in reviewing individual asset sales and advising on a potential en-bloc transaction for the remaining portfolio. ERES aims to unlock maximum value for its remaining portfolio of around 700 residential suites in the Netherlands.
