European stocks closed higher on Friday, with the pan-European Stoxx 600 gaining 0.25%. The DAX, FTSE 100, and CAC 40 all ended higher as investors bet on a December interest rate cut by the Federal Reserve. In Germany, Deutsche Boerse gained 2.5% and Delivery Hero soared 10%. French market saw Stellantis climbing over 2%. Economic data showed German retail sales dropped unexpectedly in October, while France’s economy expanded by 0.5% in Q3 2025.
