Everest Group announced Elias Habayeb as EVP and CFO, succeeding Mark Kociancic. Habayeb brings 30+ years of financial experience, notably at Corebridge Financial and AIG. CEO Jim Williamson praised Habayeb’s strategic insight. Everest recently divested Global Retail Commercial Insurance renewal rights to AIG. Kociancic will stay on as advisor during the transition.
