Flowers Foods Inc (FLO) reported a profit for the third quarter that dropped from last year, meeting Street estimates. The company’s bottom line was $39.53 million, or $0.19 per share, compared to $64.98 million, or $0.31 per share, last year. Excluding items, adjusted earnings were $48.67 million or $0.23 per share. Revenue for the period increased 2.5% to $1.22 billion. Analysts had expected earnings of $0.23 per share. Full year EPS guidance is between $1.02 – $1.08.
