Non-GAAP diluted net EPS was $3.12, down from $3.43, excluding certain charges. Fourth quarter net revenue was $14.6 billion, up 4.2% from the prior year. GAAP diluted net EPS was $0.84, down from $0.93. Non-GAAP diluted net EPS was $0.93, down from $0.96. The company announced a company-wide initiative to drive customer satisfaction, innovation, and productivity through AI adoption, with an estimated $1 billion in cost savings by 2028, and restructuring charges of $650 million. Free cash flow in fiscal 2025 was $2.9 billion, with a dividend payment of $0.30 per share. For fiscal 2026, HP estimates GAAP diluted net EPS of $2.47 to $2.77 and non-GAAP diluted net EPS of $2.90 to $3.20.
