HUTCHMED introduces its innovative Antibody-Targeted Therapy Conjugate (ATTC) platform, offering precision oncology with dual mechanisms of action. Lead candidate HMPL-A251 shows promising preclinical results as a PI3K/PIKK inhibitor. Progress in global and China trials, including FRUSICA-2 and SANOVO studies, advances HUTCHMED’s late-stage pipeline. HMPL-A251, a PAM-HER2 ATTC, demonstrates potent anti-tumor activity and tolerability in preclinical models. Other late-stage programs include fruquintinib in renal cell carcinoma, savolitinib in NSCLC, and surufatinib in pancreatic cancer. HUTCHMED’s ATTC platform aims to address critical unmet needs in oncology and immunology. The ESLIM-02 study in second-line warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA) has completed enrollment, with topline results expected in early 2026. Fanregratinib in China: Recruitment for the registrational Phase II study in patients with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (IHCC) in China has been completed, with new drug application submission preparation underway for the first half of 2026. This update is part of HUTCHMED’s commitment to the discovery and global development of targeted therapies and immunotherapies for cancer and immunological diseases.
