Mantiqueira USA has agreed to acquire Hickman’s Egg Ranch, a producer in the Mountain and West Coast regions. The deal, expected to close by year-end, involves a binding agreement between Mantiqueira USA, the Pinto Family, and JBS N.V. Murilo Scarpa Pinto leads Mantiqueira USA as President.
