Lassonde Industries Inc. announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting sales of $723.9 million, a gross profit of $197.6 million, and an operating profit of $57.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $86.4 million, with profit attributable to the Corporation’s shareholders at $36.8 million.
CEO Vince Timpano stated that Lassonde saw solid sales and profit growth in the third quarter, driven by pricing execution and a favorable shift in Canadian private label sales. Sales were up 4.8% from the same quarter last year, with each business unit reporting higher sales.
Looking ahead, Lassonde is focused on executing its strategy, including completing production line relocations and plant construction projects. The relocation of production lines to North Carolina has been finished, enhancing juice box production capabilities in the U.S. Construction of the New Jersey plant is progressing well.
For fiscal 2025, Lassonde expects sales growth slightly above 10%, driven by factors such as full-year results from Summer Garden, increased volume from “Buy Canadian” sentiment, and planned selling price adjustments. However, the Corporation also acknowledges the ongoing inflation in key commodities and competitive pricing pressure.
Lassonde plans to continue deploying its strategy, optimizing business operations, and upgrading key systems and technology infrastructures. The Corporation anticipates spending up to $7.0 million in 2025 to support these initiatives and improve efficiency in its operations.
