Natural gas prices fell on Tuesday due to warmer US weather forecasts for early December, reducing heating demand. Expectations of a smaller EIA storage draw and higher US gas production also weighed on prices. However, increased electricity output may support prices. Last week’s EIA report showed a larger-than-expected inventory draw. Active US gas drilling rigs have also increased recently.
