NetEase, Inc. extends share repurchase program for an additional 36 months, allowing for up to $5.0 billion in buybacks. As of September 30, 2025, 22.1 million ADSs had been repurchased for a total of $2.0 billion. The board of directors also approved a dividend of $0.1140 per share for the third quarter of 2025, with a payment date of December 16, 2025 for ordinary shares holders and around December 19, 2025 for ADSs holders.
