Pacific Nickel Mines (PNM) subsidiary Pacific Nickel International (PNI) sells 100% of Kolosori nickel project to Green Rock. The project is a direct shipping ore nickel laterite project on Isabel Island. PNM holds an 80% stake in PNMK, the project owner. Glencore deed of release clears $22m debt. Royalty agreement with Green Rock in place. No changes to board or management expected. Decision to sell project made after operational challenges and weak nickel price outlook.
