Recordati S.p.A. reported a 12.2% increase in net revenue for the first nine months of 2025, reaching €1,956.2 million. EBITDA also rose by 11.8% to €743.9 million, with adjusted net income increasing by 10.7% to €493.1 million. The company’s Isturisa peak sales estimate has doubled to over €1.2 billion, with additional investments. Despite a challenging macro environment, Recordati expects its full-year 2025 results to meet original guidance. The company plans to distribute an interim dividend of €0.63 per share for 2025.
The Board of Directors approved the Group’s Interim Report on September 30th, 2025, which will be available on the company’s website. Recordati CEO, Rob Koremans, expressed confidence in the company’s performance and announced an upgrade in Isturisa’s peak year sales estimate to over €1.2 billion. The company is focusing on targeting the non-overt Cushing’s syndrome patient population to unlock additional potential.
