Robinson brings 25 years of restaurant industry experience to the role, aiming to enhance financial strategy and operational excellence for the company’s brands. In her new position, Robinson will oversee finance functions, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, and capital management at SPB Hospitality. She will also be involved in long-term strategic planning for the company, working alongside the leadership team to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Robinson expresses excitement to join SPB Hospitality at a crucial moment for the company.

Robinson previously served as CFO of Texas Roadhouse from 2018 to 2023, managing regulatory reporting, multi-site operations, investor relations, financial planning, and capital allocation. SPB Hospitality recognizes her experience and leadership qualities, highlighting her potential to contribute to the company’s growth and success. Ryan Russell was also promoted to chief of staff in October 2025 within the organization.
