The stock market rallied as the government shutdown came to an end. The Dow Jones rose 246 points, the S&P 500 was up 1.1%, and the Nasdaq Composite increased by 1.7%. The 2-year Treasury note yield rose to 3.59% and the 10-year yield was up to 4.11%.
