MyPEAK-1 data on TN-201 gene therapy for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy presented at AHA Scientific Sessions 2025 show promising results with improved measures of hypertrophy. TN-201 was well tolerated at both doses, with early increases in transduction and MyBP-C protein expression. Long-term follow-up of Cohort 1 patients demonstrated deep and durable improvements. Tenaya Management will host a webcast for analysts and investors on November 10th at 8:00 a.m. EST. The study involves a one-time infusion of TN-201 gene therapy to address the underlying genetic cause of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The interim results are encouraging and further data is awaited for late-stage development.
