FleetPride and TruckPro, two leading aftermarket truck parts suppliers, are joining forces to create a stronger, more valuable combined company under the FleetPride name. The merger comes after Moody’s lowered FleetPride’s debt rating due to high leverage and weak liquidity. However, the debt concerns have been resolved, leading to a positive outlook from S&P Global Ratings. The new entity will be led by former Advance Auto Parts CEO Tom Greco, with Chuck Broadus continuing to head TruckPro. The combined FleetPride will have over 450 locations, 110 service centers, and six distribution centers across multiple states.
