Venture Global, a major U.S. LNG exporter, reported a net income of $429 million for the third quarter, a significant increase from the $347 million loss in the same period last year. Revenues soared by 260% and LNG exports jumped by 237%, with 34 out of 36 liquefaction trains at the Plaquemines export project now producing LNG. The company also closed a $15.1 billion project financing for its CP2 LNG project. However, Venture Global reduced its EBITDA guidance due to higher domestic natural gas prices and ongoing arbitrations. BP recently won an arbitration case against Venture Global for contract violations.
